We want to make the experience of shopping with us as easy as possible, which is why we've taken some of the questions we get asked most frequently and compiled them in one place. If you still have something you’d like to know, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Are items made-to-order or ready to ship?
BOTH! We have MANY items in stock for next day shipping or in our booths that I can grab and ship. I go to our Lawton booth on the weekends, but I can go to our Duncan booths 5 days a week (see our Ships Next Day Collection).
Other wall decor items not already in stock are made-to-order and ship within 2 weeks, usually sooner.
How much is shipping?
For orders under $99, shipping will be $8.99.
Anything over $99, shipping is FREE!
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please send us an email as soon as possible with pictures and a description of the damage. We will get with our wholesalers and/or shipping company to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
